Unidentified Antique 14” German (?) Baby Doll Bisque Head Composition Body

Unidentified baby doll marked 4B on the back of her head.
She has a porcelain head and composition body. Her bisque head seems to be in a good condition; no visible damage. Sleepy eyes mechanism is working. Some minor marks and rubbed paint to her face. Wig is new and partially glued to her head.
Body most likely was repainted; some chipped composition area at the neckline.
Baby is wearing new dress, apron like dress on a top, puffy underskirt, pantaloons, matching bonnet. No socks or shoes.
Some holes/stains are present to her clothes
