    Description

    Sale is for an antique 13" Limbach bisque head doll.  Marked with crown and clover symbols, 1772, Made in Germany and 4/0.  Doll needs restrung.  She has a small chip on the bottom of the torso, back side above the right leg and her left hand is missing two fingers.  The body looks to be wooden.  The stockings on the doll are glued tight and I did not want to force them off - same with the wig.  Mid-thigh to above the knee is covered with a black fabric type of wrapping on both legs.  On her right leg, just below the knee is a 3/4" crack.  I have tried to capture this in the pictures.  She has dark brown open/close glass eyes.  Open mouth with teeth.  Missing eyelashes on one eye.  Would be a beautiful doll restrung with a replaced wig.  Please see pictures for detail.  Sold as is, Ebay return policy.
